1° DAY TUNIS
Arrival to Tunis airport and go for a panoramic
tour, by bus, of the city. Accommodation
in hotel, dinner and overnight stay.
2° DAY TUNIS
/ KAIROUAN / TOZEUR
After breakfast, departure for Kairouan.
Visit of the Islamic monuments and of the
Medina, with its Souk, well-known for the
carpets manufacture. Lunch in a restaurant.
In the afternoon departure for Tozeur. Accommodation
in hotel and dinner. After dinner, visit
of the Dar Cherait ethnologic museum. Overnight
stay.
3° DAY TOZEUR
/ NEFTA / KEBILI / DOUZ
Breakfast in hotel and departure for Nefta,
big oasis in South Tunisia, famous for its
wonderful palm “Corbeille”.
Return to Tozeur for visiting the oasis
and the zoo in the desert. Lunch free. In
the afternoon departure for the salt lake
“Chott El Djerid” . Pause at
the lake and departure for Kebili and Douz.
Walk on the Douz’s dunes to admire
the sunset. Accommodation in hotel, dinner
and overstay night.
4° DAY DOUZ
/ EL HAMMA / MATMATA / GABES / SFAX
After breakfast departure for Matmata, passing
across El Hamma and Gabes. Arrival to Matmata
and visit to the Berbero village, with its
typical houses digged up into tufa. Lunch
free. Departure for Gabes, maritime oasis,
and visit to the characteristic spices market
and continuation for Sfax. Accommodation
in hotel, dinner and overnight stay.
5° DAY SFAX
/ EL DJEM / SOUSSE / HAMMAMET / TUNIS
After breakfast, departure for El Djem,
visit to the Roma Amphitheatre and continuation
for Sousse. Visit of the Medina and the
Port El Kantaou resort. Lunch free. In the
afternoon departure for Hammamet, visit
of the city and continuation for Tunis.
Accommodation in hotel, dinner and overnight
stay.
6° DAY TUNIS
/ CARTHAGINIA / SIDI BOU SAID / TUNIS
After breakfast, visit to the Bardo National
Museum, famous for its lovely Roman mosaic
collection, and to the Medina’s Souk.
Lunch free. In the afternoon visit of Carthaginia’s
Roman and Punic ruins and of Sibi Bou Said,
a characteristic Tunisian village. Retourn
to Tunis, dinner and overnight stay.
7°
DAY TUNIS
After breakfast, transfer to Tunis Airport
and departure for the re-entry.
