1° DAY On the way to Grado, pause in Miramare for a guided visit of its impressive castle, an elegant building with a fairy tale atmosphere, surrounded by a luxuriant park. Lunch free. Continuation for Trieste and guided visit of the city, which has important Roman origins and a medieval past, testified by the Basilica, the Castle and the Cathedral. Leave for Grado, well-known thermal and seaside resort: accommodation in hotel, dinner and overnight stay.

2° DAY After breakfast leave for Postumia and guided visit of its famous caves, which present a mysterious world, shaped by water. Lunch in a restaurant.
After lunch return to Grado; free time at choice.
Dinner and overnight stay in hotel.

3° DAY After breakfast excursion to Aquileia, old Roman colony which offers, inside the patriarchal Basilica, the oldest and biggest paved Christian mosaic in the world. Lunch in a restaurant. After lunch pause in Palmanova, well-known renaissance fort, with a characteristic starred plan.
Departure for re-entry.
